The Protocol
How to use
them together

15 minutes. Post-session. From inflamed to restored.

Pre-Cup — 60 sec
01
Prime the
tissue

Apply RevloSpray to the target muscle group. Menthol opens surface receptors, capsicum begins warming blood flow. Your tissue is now primed to receive treatment.

RevloSpray
Cupping — 8 min
02
Decompress
& repair

Use the Glide Head on high-traffic swim muscles — lats, shoulders, traps. Switch to the Static Head for knots. Red light runs throughout, repairing at the cellular level.

RevloCup — Glide + Static
Post-Cup — 60 sec
03
Seal the
recovery

A second pass of RevloSpray while tissue is decompressed. Arnica and calendula absorb deeper than ever — locking in anti-inflammatory action overnight.

Frequently Asked Questions

Avoid using Revlocup on broken skin, infections, or open wounds. If you have circulatory problems, use blood thinning medication, are pregnant, or have been told to avoid strong pressure, talk to a medical professional before using it.
You should feel a strong pull and pressure, not sharp pain. Start on a lower intensity and increase slowly. If you feel real pain, numbness, or burning, release the suction and adjust.
Most athletes use it on larger muscle groups like back, shoulders, hamstrings, glutes, and calves. Avoid the front of the neck, the spine itself, joints, the stomach, and any sensitive or injured area.
If you are new to cupping, start with about thirty to sixty seconds on each spot. More experienced users usually stay between one and three minutes. Do not leave the cup in one place for more than five minutes.
Temporary marks are normal and show increased blood flow in the area. With lighter suction they usually fade within twenty four to seventy two hours. Deeper work can leave marks that last up to a week depending on your skin and recovery.
Plug the included cable into the charging port and connect it to a standard USB power source until it is fully charged. A full charge is designed to last several sessions depending on how long you use it and which intensity you choose.
After each session, wipe the inside of the cup and the rim with mild soap and warm water or an alcohol wipe, then let it dry completely. Do not soak the base or charging port in water, and always clean it before using it on another person.
